Abstract/Artist's Statement
In the summer of 2010, a media frenzy erupted around the construction of a "mosque" in downtown Manhattan. This project analyzes how CNN and Fox reported on the controversy and shows how the editorial agendas of the news organizations influenced their portrayals.
