Abstract

This toolkit, developed by Eva Egensteiner and Anita Tárnai at Bard College, provides examples of engaging collaborative activities that instructors across the network have developed and used in their global classrooms.

These activities can be used in both online and in-person network collaborative courses and can be synchronous or asynchronous, or a combination of both. A synchronous session is an in-person or online class session that occurs in real-time. An asynchronous session requires students to coordinate activities outside of class time, with peers from their local institution or across the network.
