Abstract
Music composition requires years of experience in music theories and practices, but listening to music, on the other hand, does not require any music background. Few people can compose music and the majority of people can only listen to music. If one enjoys listening to music, one should also have the opportunity to experience the joy of composing music. My thesis, AI Classical Music Composer, is dedicated to make composing music as simple as listening to music. Thanks to the thriving machine learning algorithms, I created AI Music Composer. These algorithms help users merge years of music theories, knowledge and practices into hundreds of lines of code. Finally, these “ones and zeros” empower those who do not have a music background to compose melodious music.
