Abstract
Progressivity lies in action, working to deconstruct the paradigms sets one’s actions. The sentiment of governmental and social actions have been ones of mitigating or repealing seemingly overt means of oppression. The turn towards neoliberalism has actually allowed society to perpetuate and solidify not only its entitlement to the AA/Black body, but the structures and paradigms that ensure the grasp is held. Ultimately, through the auspice of an institutional oppression, this work serves as not some grandiose tokenization of life, but relaying definitely that the United States Government has sanctioned a genocide of Black Americans, and utilizing reproduction as facet to achievement.
