Abstract/Artist's Statement
An auto-theoretical analysis of Wilderson's auto-theoretical novel Afropessimism. With an emphasis on Wilderson's theories of human unmaking, Sahar Carter tries to graph themselves within the Object/Slave matrix and attempts to uncover a pathway for the repossession of self not previously afforded to the Slave/Object.
Reflection, poetry, and exhaustion conclude the piece.
