Abstract/Artist's Statement
Abstract. The American Eel, Anguilla rostrata, a catadromous fish spawns in the Sargasso sea and wends its way up the Atlantic coast. The New York State Department of Environenmenal Conservation tracks this eel's migration habits into the Hudson River through its community science Hudson River Eel Project. The unruly amount of data makes analysis unmanageable. Data cleaning is necessary before analysis can be performed. Minor analysis done begs further research.
