Abstract/Artist's Statement
Senior Project submitted to The Division of Arts of Bard College on the Collective for Living Cinema. The Collective has been marginally remembered, but from the early 1970s through the 1980s the space was one of the most exciting film venues in lower Manhattan. This project is composed of first person accounts and archival research as well as secondary research surrounding film exhibition in New York City of the time.
