Abstract/Artist's Statement
A collection of fiction, nonfiction, and scholarly writing about 'Fatness', and how it functions as a sociological control. Examines themes of gender, identity, and body image rooted in deconstructionist philosophy and personal narratives, reinterpreting them metaphorically and through the mode of the irreal.
