Abstract/Artist's Statement
I have always been a member of boys'-clubs. I hope to celebrate the friendships and bonds I've amassed, and the way they have molded me, but I also aim to think about my situation critically. Some of the photos are of specimens, the proverbial "butterflies on a pin"; others are of those I am in love with. I'm scared that someday my camera will distance me from those I've come to care for, even if it might be for the better.
