Abstract/Artist's Statement
A book of photographs and poems. The poems are named Knots, from the french Noeud, which represent complex ties of themes existing so close together in a single bound sentence.
The photographs are text. Just as the camera is a pen. In this sense, one can begin to understand the links that transpire throughout the juxtaposition of photographs and poems--as poems are themselves but multitudes of images.
