Abstract
The Talks on Human Rights & the Arts Series makes space for inspiring artists, activists, and scholars from around the globe to discuss their thoughts and processes in their own words. They do so not to offer a singular recipe for how this intersection manifests or should work, nor do they present themselves and their collaborators as saviors of their communities, the art world, or the field of human rights. Rather, they share research, experiment with mediums, and produce alternative knowledge and dissident aesthetics. Their work is often multidimensional and always multidisciplinary.
