Abstract/Artist's Statement
The purpose of this study is to determine whether negative stereotypes are associated
with developing nations, and to more clearly identify some of these stereotypes. The
researcher has developed several questionnaires concerning the relationship between
developing nations and negative stereotypes. The data collected from these
questionnaires could possibly help to identity the negative stereotypes of developing
nations, and to determine the relationship between negative stereotypes and these
countries. The researcher predicts that if the study is done, negative stereotypes would
be strongly associated with developing nations.
